Extract
We extract and purify proteins from spent grain, scaling alongside breweries and distilleries to build robust, local supply chains.
Formulate
We combine the proteins with plant-based ingredients to enhance softness and durability, and apply nontoxic chemistries to build strong protein matrices.
Manufacture
We cast and dry the material onto textured papers and combine with cellulosic fabric backings such as cotton or TENCEL. Our process is compatible with established synthetic leather manufacturing.
